How we prepare chilled caviar for delivery
Each stage is designed to protect a highly perishable product while minimizing time in transit.
Packed in insulated packaging
Sealed tins are placed in an insulated shipping box with ice or gel packs selected for the shipment.
Sent by express courier
FedEx or Purolator is selected according to the fastest and most reliable available option for the delivery postal code.
Tracked in transit
Once the order ships, you receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Refrigerated on arrival
Someone should be available to receive the package and refrigerate the caviar promptly after delivery.

When your package arrives
Protecting freshness after delivery
Bring it inside promptly
Arrange for someone to receive the package. A missed delivery can extend transit time for a perishable product.
Refrigerate immediately
Place the caviar in the coldest part of your refrigerator and follow the storage information provided with the product.
Contact us with concerns
If the package arrives damaged, delayed or in questionable condition, photograph the package and contents and contact Caviar Centre within 24 hours.

Good to know before ordering
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders outside the GTA ship Monday through Thursday by next-day express delivery. Confirm weekend orders by Thursday at 3:00 p.m. ET for expected Friday delivery. Orders confirmed later ship the following Monday. Remote destinations may require additional transit time, and weather, courier disruptions or peak periods can affect timing.
Do you ship on Fridays?
Outside-GTA orders are not dispatched on Fridays because FedEx and Purolator do not offer weekend delivery for these shipments. Avoiding a weekend hold helps protect chilled caviar from an unnecessarily long transit.
Where in Canada do you deliver?
Caviar Centre ships to destinations across Canada, subject to available express service for the postal code. Contact the team before ordering if the destination is remote or time-sensitive.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Add the requested date to the order notes and email support@caviarcentre.com for time-sensitive events. The team will do its best to coordinate dispatch, but courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
What if I am not home?
If no one is home, the courier will leave the order at the front door rather than returning it to the courier depot. Please arrange for someone to accept the package and refrigerate it promptly. Extended exposure to warm weather can deteriorate the quality of caviar and other temperature-sensitive foods. Caviar Centre is not responsible for damage caused when a package is not accepted as scheduled or is left unattended for an extended period.
How does delivery work within the GTA?
Most GTA orders are delivered the following business day, Monday through Friday. Same-day service may be arranged for orders placed before 10:00 a.m.; request it in the Notes section at checkout or email support@caviarcentre.com after placing your order.
