Before you order
How long does delivery to Vancouver take?
Vancouver orders ship Monday through Thursday using FedEx or Purolator next-day express service. Confirm orders needed for a weekend by Thursday at 3:00 p.m. ET for expected Friday delivery. Carrier, weather and peak-season delays can occur.
What happens if no one is home?
The courier will leave the order behind the front door rather than returning it to the depot. Arrange for someone to accept and refrigerate it promptly. Extended exposure to warm weather can deteriorate caviar and other temperature-sensitive foods, and Caviar Centre cannot be responsible for damage when a package is not accepted as scheduled or is left unattended for an extended period.
Can I request delivery for a particular event date?
Add the requested date to your order notes and email support@caviarcentre.com. Order several business days early because courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Do you supply Vancouver restaurants and caterers?
