The unique and rich earthy flavor of Burgundy truffles can take your dishes to new heights. They give off an inviting aroma with nutty hints that can fill your kitchen with a pleasant scent, reminiscent of a Michelin-star restaurant.

Burgundy truffles (Tuber Unicinatum) have a delicate but distinctive hazelnut flavor and an intense aroma. They are more flavourful and aromatic than summer truffles, but not as robust in flavor as Perigord black truffles. These delicacies from France and Italy are similar in appearance to black winter truffles, except that they are somewhat lighter in color, with a veined, coffee-colored interior.
