Description
One of the rarest caviar’s on the market, about 5-10% of this sturgeon specie turns out Albino which produces caviar with yellowish/golden eggs. Sturgeon caviar is typically black in color. While color does not necessarily reflect quality or taste, we think those beautiful golden eggs add an extra exclusivity to this caviar. The pearls are a little smaller when compared to the Osetra sturgeon but have the same robust flavour. The Sterlet is one of the original wild Caspian Sea Sturgeon, alongside the Beluga, Osetra, and Sevruga. Very rare in production around the world, get your hands on this rare caviar at Caviar Centre Inc. Don’t forget French Cocktail Blinis, the perfect pairing for caviar.
