Bianchetto Truffles

Bianchetto white truffles are a versatile and delicious ingredient that can be used in many different dishes. They belong to the Tuber borchii vitt. species, which is one of the more common edible truffle species found in various parts of the world. The aroma of these truffles is enhanced when served with warm dishes.

These white truffles have a wide ecological range and can be found throughout different parts of Europe. They usually ripen between January and April and are ready to harvest shortly after. Unlike most truffle species that grow with broadleaf trees, such as oak, hazel, and poplar, tuber borchii vitt. has a high tolerance for various soils and can live alongside a range of host trees, including pines and cedars.

Note: Order fresh truffles 3-5 business days in advance, as they are not stocked daily.
